Several socio-demographic factors emerged as significant contributors, including marital status, number of children, profession, economic status, night shifts, and recent traumatic events. The study underscores the importance of creating a supportive work environment for Afghan healthcare workers, with measures such as limiting overtime, providing rest breaks during long shifts, and addressing the impact of night shifts.
